Custom Powder Funnel for Dillon 550

I apologize for re-visiting this but in my searches I couldn't locate a definitive answer.

I am trying my best to reload both 38-55 and 45-70 on a Dillon 550. My current set-up brings a sized case to station 1 where it is primed and expanded using a Lyman M die. In station 2, I continue to crush case months trying to fill with powder using Dillon's powder funnels, which I know really don't work with cast.

M question is, what would a custom powder funnel need to look like (straight-walled with no expansion and flat on bottom ?), what is the best material to use to make it ? And, is anyone making them that I could order from ?

I made mine out of brass because I had the stock on hand and it is a delight to machine. I have one that works for both 45-70 and 38-55. I'll try to remember to put up a photo.

Powder feed end is funnel shaped and case end is flat.

Never crushed a case in station 2. On 45-70 I adjust the powder expansion to give me .020" bell on the case mouth. Same with 375 Winchester. Both with cast boolits.

There shouldn't be any crushing going on. The powder funnels work fine with cast boolits. The complaint you sometimes hear is that they don't expand the case as much as needed for cast. When someone makes a new expander die, it is normally a few thousandths bigger than the factory funnel.
