I don't have any metalworking equipment but have design experience and access to a fabricator our work uses, he's a reloader and gun guy so he'd probably help me make one for little to nothing, or maybe a trade for some shot. Is there a good design out there I need to copy. I researched a bit but came up with not too many results. I probably run through 150-200 pounds of shot a year, my last batch of wheel weights worked out to $.58 a pound after I got it into ingots, I pay about $2.00 a pound for shot with tax. Saving $300 a year on shot would be great but not so much to make me want to drop $450 on a pre-made shot maker. There is a local guy that will make shot from lead, he keeps 50%, a bit too rich for my blood.

I wonder if I could make some .023 welding contact tips work with a steel paint roller pan and a gas burner? Makes me wanna give it a go.

Pretty sure they sell the different size drippers on ebay.

Well the dripper nozzles are about $50 a set versus $7 for the contact tips, the contact tips are about .002 larger than I'd like but I can deal with it.

I found these in my googling

I have long thought there should be some sort of device to fit under a lee pot, and being those just went on sale maybe that can be accomplished soon-ish. Good luck with your attempts

Check this out. Got dimensions and sizes for what your looking for. Doesn't appear a whole lot of fabrication equipment is needed for this design.
