View Full Version : What is the slotted plug on HF gun?

The slotted plug under the barrel. Not sure what it is for. Adjustment of some kind?

Actually managed to answer my own question. Found a manual. Its a regulating screw to adjust pattern size. Tighten to tighten, loosen to loosen.

What is a manual ? I have to look at my gun and see if I have one of those slotted plugs you speak off maybe break the rule and look at the manual it has to still be in the box. Maybe those things are handy :veryconfu

That's what I was thinking to sometimes you can not see the tree because of the forest. Going to have to take a look at mine to man I am going to beat myself up if it makes it spray so much better agggggg.

I'm laughing because I've had my HF gun almost a year and have never noticed a plug, nor a manual.

I went back and looked in the box (which I was using to collect dust on top of a cabinet somewhere) and by gum there is a nice set of directions in there!

Chinese instructions never worked for me. I will try to find the manual. Does the adjustment work?

The adjustment seemed to work, but only if you leave the air pressure alone.
Find an air pressure setting first that you are comfortable with, then play with the powder flow.
