Do you know the dimensions/design you want? Either talk to Tom at Accurate (PM here or e-mail) or go over to MountainMolds.com and play with Dan's design program. He will advise you as well, just post your questions there.

Accurate Molds 30-150L on the first page of his catalog. I had him copy Lyman's mold for the 7.35, but use .30 caliber gas checks instead of Lyman's weird choice of a 7 mm GC. I have had it quite a while and it could be a little heavier and lose the dirt groove, but it shoots accurately. Be prepared to turn case necks to fit a cast bullet. The Italians cut the 7.35 chambers real tight.

Thanks guys for all the input.

One can get a custom push through sizer die from Lee for little over 30 bucks for sizing down .309" boolits. But think I will opt to make my own, will later post as to how done and results.

Remember to fill the lube grooves with lube before you size them. This helps maintain the bullet integrity.

I will run boolits though .309" lubri/sizer first to do so.

Well my quest for a 7.35 Carcano mold is at an end. Thx to a great CB member, I now have in hand a Lyman 300136 mold.

Hopefully Nino, you too will luck out in Italy. If you ever find a big cache of the enbloc clips over there, would be a gold mine. Here they are running $15.00- $20.00 each.

Wow, that is a crazy price when you can get them from Numrich for $5 each. I have heard the Lyman 300136 was made to use a 7mm check. Maybe someone could shed some light on this. It was one of the reason I had Accurate make a copy of it with a .30 caliber gas check shank.

That is what they were going for last gun show was at, I will check out Numrich.

I have heard the same about the 7mm GC, I will be shooting at low velocities so may not even require a GC.

I just ordered four from Numrich, $5.40 each for the blued, but only stated the $9.90 brass ones as authentic milsurp.

I have that mold 300136 and it indeed uses a 7mm gas check.
What a stupid idea that is.... They don't shoot worth a damn.
