Picked up a new Redhawk in 45 colt and REALLY like it, but a .452 slug will not pass through and of the throats... I don't know how tight they are, but certainly less than .452. No leading, but accuracy is mediocre. Does anyone have the email address for "The Cylindersmith"? He has reamed everyone of my ruger 45's, but his sight is down. I, of course, lost the email address... This Redhawk could be even more awesome if it was reamed....Anyone have the contact info?
Thanks!
Jason

This guy seems to have inherited the mantle of cylinder boring. Did a couple for me. Good work.

Got your PM Jason, thanks!

Here's two of today's jobs, both .45 caliber:

I just had my Ruger convertible 45 colt / 45 acp cleaned up last month by a local smith to .4525 on all cylinders, some were as tight as .450. Accuracy is now outstanding and no leading. It is definitely worth having it done.
