I got the 100lbs of ww I had melted down. I got <90lbs of ingots, one stuck ingot, and a broken muffin pan.

I was pop them out. first pan they all come out no problem perfect. second pan all hell breaks loose. I get all but 2 out. bang it on the ground one pops out with the cup. falls out of the cup. bang a little more a cup with a ingot pops out. it won't come out. to the third pan. only had 3 in it came out not problem.

any ideas how to get it out?

Throw it back in your smelter , the lead will melt and the cup will float .

What Icer said. Plus next time don't use tin plated muffin pans. Use Cast iron if you can find um.
Look at yard sales, flea markets and second hand stores.

The corn muffin cast are all over ebay at a price but worth while. I got three off Amazon for $7 ea new with flat rate box. They aren't to common at flea markets up here. Depending where you live, you might find some cheaper.

I used aluminum muffin pans from the dollar store for ingots

Now, I am trying to get the brother to weld/braze some angle iron for me to use instead.

The muffins did not stack well for me.
