Anyone ever try 800X in rifles using cast bullets? Say in 30-06, .303 Brit or .30-30.

Nothing listed against the .303 BR for leads seated over 800X in either Lee Second Edition or Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook.
You might try those glossy freebie powder catalogs the dealers set on the counters.
