how to post pics

I have a number of molds for sale and I need a very patient tutorial on how to do this. I'M NOT TOO COMPUTER LITERATE !! Where can I go for help?

I will leave the tutorial to those who more than me, but if the molds are in good condition, you probably only need to list the numbers and the price.
