Hello All.

Just picked up my Marlin 336 in .35 Rem. getting ready to order brass have some Hogdon H4198 almost ready to go, But have no dies...

So the question is does anyone have and experience with Lee Collet dies in this caliber? would it matter or just get the pace setter dies..I see the wisdom in the collet dies I just have never used them, Always used pacesetters or RCBS dies so i'm a little confused.

So as usual all wise words are greatly appreciated.:-?:-?

For reliable functioning, I want to bump the shoulder on any necked lever gun ammunition.

I wish you luck w/ finding brass. I've had 1k pieces on backorder for over nine months. 35 Remington is a seasonal run an they haven't run it for a few years now. I don't use the collet dies for any ammo that's going into a lever action. They are run through a FL sizer to make sure they feed and chamber properly.

.35 Remington brass is no further away than a Private Massage to Grumpa, right here on this website.

Drop him a line for information.

I use Lee collet dies to load 35 Remington for a couple of Marlin 336's, Model 8 Remington and a 760 Remington. I also use a Wilson case gauge to check cases before resizing and if the gauge tells the case needs full length resizing I use an RCBS die set.
