Lyman ram prime

Ever buy something "just because"???????
We had our gunshow last weekend.
I saw this, never used, Lyman ram prime for sale.
I've never seen one before. Looks like a better built Lee ram prime. And it was cheap.
So I bought it.
As soon as I got back to my table, I started to wonder why I bought it.
I use the RCBS strip primer, that I like a lot, so I really didn't need it.
Anyone use one of these????
Is it any good????

I use one for most of my hunting loads. I like the feel feed-back I get when seating the primers.

I actually have one of each a Lee and Lyman Ram Prime units. The Lyman is a little better construction/finish wise, when it comes to functionality I do not see much difference. YMMV


My favorite priming system is the one that Lee no longer sells. The Lee Auto Prime II!
