What overall cartridge lengths do you guys use in .300 Blackout and .308 Winchester when shooting through AR15 and AR10 style rifles? Seat to crimp groove? Crimp or no crimp?

Always crimp, semi-auto rounds. It's the nature of the beast. I have that mold but it wont reliably feed in my Armalite AR-10A4. The meplat is too large and hangs up on the feeding ramp, most of the time. I prefer a spitzer shaped boolit.
NOE's 311365 or Mihec's Sil boolit.

Only you can determine seating depth for your gun. Seat a boolit until it very lightly engraves the rifling, without getting stuck, when you manually eject it. I suggest you do this with a dummy (no powder or primer) cartridge.

I use the accurate 165 style in my 300BO & AR 10, ~ 1800 & 2400 fps. Don't have any crimp grooves but use the FCD to LIGHTLY crimp both. Do NOT run into the lands, slam fires are no fun!
