Wow, I haven't seen one for less than 15 or 20 bucks in years.

Sure would like to find some for 11 bucks around here.

Prices have been $12-$15 and $15-$20 here for years. And that's for used beat up ones. Midways shipping is actually reasonable on these cans. I'd like to know where they are made. A lot of the cheaper ones are made in China. I've been buying case lots from Wideners. They are made by Blackhawk, in the USA, and contrary to the one review I've had no issues w/ them. The 30 cal cans came out to around $14 after shipping.

Gun show prices for .50 cal has been $9-11 for at least 5 yrs in KC area. I really like
the wider SAW boxes, but they seem to be rarer and used to be about a buck over the
.50 cals, but now double, so they are not bought by me.

Wow I guess there really is something cheaper up here although I haven't checked on pricing lately. About 3 or 4 years ago I needed some and bought .30 cal for $3 ea and .50 cal for $4 ea. Then about a year later I noticed it was getting a little harder to find them and the price was going up so I bought 30 more .50 cal for $5 ea and all of them were like new condition like the other ones.

Mayhap they run different sales in different areas. Here in Elkhart, IN they are on sale, $10.99. Plus the are new manufactured, not surplus.

Local place around here sells run of the mill 50's for 7.99 and really nice ones for 13.99. I only buy the cheaper ones, they are decent enough.
