The short answer, NO

Short answer is yes. You will need to drill a hole for the cotter pin/hair pin retainer about 1/2 inch up the tube from the stock location in the Dillon tube but the tube will work just fine. Redding tubes will work with out modification. I just tried them on one of my presses.
