9MM Para Rimmed

Anybody know where I might get some 9MM para rimmed brass? They were made for a while, several years ago, to be used in a 9mm revolver. I'm thinking of building a single shot schuetzen rifle using this case. I've already got a barrel blank, and if I can get some brass, will start looking for an action.

I think it was called 9mm Federal--dunno where to find it, though.

Would 38 S&W work? It is .775" long and straight-walled @ .385", the 9mm is .750" and slightly tapered from .391" to .378".

Wow! If you didn't mention it, I probably never would have tried it.
I ran a fired and sized .38S&W case into my 9mm sizer, and there was almost no change. It just sized down for about .125", but barely measurable. I inserted a 9mm FP bullet backwards, and it only went in about 1/2 the ogive. I then tried the same with another fired and sized case, without running it in the 9mm sizer, and the bullet only went in slightly more. They both would hold the bullet sufficiently. I found this strange, so I miked the bullets, and they measured .3545. :confused:
Thought about it for a while, and finally realized the cases weren't neck expanded, just sized.

mossberg single shot actions are kinda pretty if you squint a little
