RD Boolits and Star Sizers

I bought two molds from Ranch Dohg a 44 and 45. I cast up some of the 45 - 350 grain bullets, lubed and sized them with GC thru my Star sizer. I loaded these for my Marlin 1895 in 45-70. The load was 4198, 41 grs.

Then I went out to 50 yard shooting spot in the backyard and after the ranging shot, adjusted my sights and the put 3 shots in a 1.7 inch area.

Really good mold design, great boolit!

What alloy are you using? Air cooled or water quenched? What size Star die are you using?

So how I can say that the designs (Micro-Bands®) will work with all three of the traditional lube/sizers. Lyman, RCBS, and Star. Thanks for the report Jerry!
