wgr; I haven't personally, but I know that others have patched for 357, 44,45, and such. Pdawg said (i believe) that he had done so. If he ever decides to return to this forum I am sure he would be of great help.
Read the stickies - especially pdawgs- and follow the steps I am sure you will be successful if you perservere.

Yes, I have a 357 max handi rifle barrel and PP is all I use in it. The Ranch Dog 190, RCBS 200, and the BRP dual use 348 plinker/35PP 215 gr. all work quite well in it. Just like anything else - don't size the brass, pick an appropriate powder to give you 100% load density and set the boolit so the patch jams into the lands and lightly taper crimp so it won't fall apart. Size the core to .001" over bore diameter, patch to fit the fired case, and have at it. Loaded like this it gives factory 35 Rem ballistics with outstanding accuracy.

see above. I mentioned which I am using. They all cast out at .358+ and get sized down to .351" or so before patching.

For mine I size to .357, PP to .360, lube with JPW, and shove 'em in an unsized case ahead of a slightly compressed charge of A1680. This is using the RD359190, the GC version seems to make wrapping the tail a little easier. 3/4" or less groups @ 2100 from a 24" barrel. Tons of fun. GW

+1 on Goatwiskers load. I shot his PP boolits in my Handi and they are great.

I never measured it. It started life as a regular 357 mag barrel that I rechambered. I'll measure it and let you know....
