OK, I have read multiple powder coating threads, but I have not seen this topic covered. If it is, I am truly sorry to repeat....

I want to step up and get a mould from Accurate Molds. I also want to powder coat.
My .45ACP bore measures 0.4515".
I will be using 50/50 COWW / Pure plus 2% Tin for alloy.

What diameter should I ask for? 0.450", 0.451" 0.452" or something else?

I also still use a push through sizer. (Currently it is 0.452")

Thanks for your help.

For myself i would get a mold that i can use if i do not PC since your going to size them if they are PC or not. Right now most of us are using the same molds we were before we started PC them so why change up ? The only mold mod i would consider would be a mold without a lube groove to give me more bearing surface.
