What are these grips for?

Very nice set of Eagle Grips, black buffalo horn. But their indication on the sticker as to what they are for leaves a bit to be desired…any ideas what they are for? Obviously something I don't have or i would recognize them..but they are nice, so maybe whatever it is i will have to get. 8-)
