Who here has any experience with these molds? What are your opinions of them?
I just got in on a group buy for a copy of the Lee 44 310 mold.
I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I have 3 ACE molds and very happy with them. Josh is a good guy and stands behind his products.

He is a great guy and he is making some great boolit shapes and sizes I would have zero issues purchasing from them.

I have ACE 316446,feed it to LE nr4 and MN 91/30.

Both shoot much better than any other mold I tried and MN started shooting as good as Model 1911 Swiss.

Breaking in the mold was easy,size as advertised,works like a charm and deal on GC with the mold is great.

I got the 145g 300 blackout 2 cav had to open up the pour holes in the spew plate with a # 25 drill to get good fill out. Eastest mold for boolit drop out that I have, open the mold and they are out.

I have purchased a mold. The 5.56 heavy. It came up a little under sized, and he acknowledged the problem and took back and repaired all the molds sent back.
I did not send mine back. Turns out after powder coating the bullets came out at exactly the perfect size for my AR.
By far the best shooting boolit I have for my AR.

Very happy with my purchase.

My few dealings with him has been straight up. I have been through a lot of those threads, the only time I saw complaints of non communication, he had started a thread explaining he was having major computer problems. Do you have a direct link to threads where some of his molds were unusable, or non delivery after items were paid for??

I wanted to get in on a NOE group buy, but couldn't without joining his site, sent a pm and never heard back. That doesn't mean I will not buy his products. I will just buy them when a member puts used ones up for sale, as I consider them to be top notch molds.

I've ordered 2 molds from A.C.E. First one was a 300BO boolit, a 6 cavity, one cavity was damaged on arrival. It was replaced, I had ordered undersize for PC, the mold should have been 309/.298, I got .311-.312/.300-.301. I did ask specifically when they were working on the replacement to make sure it was undersize for PC. I was assured it would be, well, it isn't but I am working through the issue and will not be sending it back. I can make it work but I do not consider it as requested.

The second mold is for 6.8/270 and it is undersized exactly as requested for PC. Lots of us have attempted to contact A.C.E. but while they respond to new mold threads it appears we are ignored. I will probably not be purchasing another from them.

I have not received my 300 BO order and have no tracking number to see where it is! I am not happy!

Beautiful mould on the outside, inside where it counts, thats different. My other A.C.E. is good. Seems like a crapshoot here on the moulds

Nope, mine was the 235gr subsonic PB.

i have a 245 gn .44 mold from Josh. its my favorite mold. love his gaschecks too.
