WAG , a mount for a dial indicator for a lath, for workin on something very small (referring to the thumb nutt adjusters)

But I have minimal exp with fancy lathes.

Same here but no telling. The auction did have some lathe tools as well. This was in a box with 10 lbs of 60/40 solder some lead pencils for testing and some other stuff. Got it all for 4.00
