Just got a Ruger Super Blackhawk and it came with Hogue grips. I was looking around for a new/factory grips and found this company:

Looks great, but didn't know if anyone had used them. Great grips for a great price.
Now I my be off base and I have shot the gun, there may be a reason for the marshmallow hogue's on there now.... But I like the look of these

I have not used the ones you are looking at but my daughter has a set of Altamont grips on her 36. Really like them and the service was good.

I've bought from them twice, one was walnut new vaquero panels and the other was for a round butt model 29. Very pleased both times. They are the OEM supplier for most of the wood grips found on current Smith and Ruger handguns/revolvers.

I have bought two sets, amd although they are attractive, they have an odd square cross section in the front that is uncomfortable. I sent mine back and got a prompt refund, but it's something you may want to consider.

I used to buy them at the Orlando gunshow when I lived in Florida. Nice grips.

I've got over a dozen of their grips and besides being good looking, they fit my hand perfectly. Mine are all on Ruger Blackhawks and Single Sixes.

Hope this helps.

If you don't like profile, they are not hard to reshape. The grip I bought for my 29 was a little sharp at the web of my thumb and drew some blood after 50 magnums. I simply took a file and rounded it to my liking. Then polished the filed area to 400 grit sandpaper, followed by a few coats of gloss tung oil. Now they fit my hand perfectly and you can't tell where I adjusted them.

I got some very nice wood and construction for the price. I would certainly do business with them again.

No target stocks with speed loader cut out for square butt N-Frames...

I got some of the slim checkered grips for My SBH.
I like them a lot, except for the fact that the thinnest part is right at the grip screw/escutcheon. They were set to crack there, so I made a spacer out of a piece of arrow shaft so the screw could snug up against something solid.

I've got one set of Altamont on my Gold Cup and another an OM Vaquero...very satisfied with both. Ken Enright is really one of the "good guys"...his plant is about six miles from where I'm sitting...and most of his tooling comes from an old buddy's tool & die shop.

Ditto got my L frame grips really nice but had to sand the area that my thumb web contacted.
