Since things seem a bit slim here I thought I would add this to the fire lol.

Breast a Dove and cut a slit in it large enough to put in a piece of Jalapeno and cream cheese then close it and wrap it with a piece of bacon and hold it together with a tooth pick. Throw it on the BBQ and cover it with your favorite brand of BBQ sauce. That's it lol. Well not all cook it first lol. :)

Thought I would add that you can do the same thing with Chicken. :)

Man does that smell......I mean sound good. Get enough of those rascals and use a skewer.
Have 10-12 Doves at our backyard feeder competing with the tree rats for the food...........pellet gun

I do almost the same thing up here in the Northern end of the state. Only difference is that we de-bone the breast and put the jalepeno inside, wrap in bacon, and grill.
