.357 Max data?

I'm looking for .357 Max data. I'll be running it out of a 15" Encore barrel cut with a true throat by Coyote Guns. I understand that 180 gr. and up is the way to go. What is your favorite powder/bullet combo? And does anyone have any cast bullets in the 200-220gr. range that I could purchase or trade for? I have some linotype pigs out in the garage that I would trade for finished bullets, or some finished 320 gr. LFNGC .452" bullets for trade. Thanks!
