Sure looks like it. Though as I recall it may be a Baby Dragoon. Perhaps someone more versed than I can chime in with more details.

According to ProofHouse - Baby Dragoons were serial numbered from 1 to 140,000.

It appears to be a 1849 - ProofHouse puts the serial number of your revolver as having been made in 1860. It appears to be a 4" barrel? Should be .31 caliber so you can check that as well.

Do you have the cylinder for it? If not - start looking and keep you eye out on eBay and such. I have seen several 1849 cylinders for sale over the past few years. Do your serial numbers match on the barrel wedge? If you don't have the cylinder - if you can find one, even if the serial numbers don't match it still would be a nice collectible piece. It doesn't look like it is in too bad of shape from the photos. Any history on it that you know of? Hope this helps!

I do not have the cylinder. All the numbers match. I didn't get any history with it unfortunately.

Looks like it to me also (49') The 62' Pocket Navy was .36 cal and had the rebated cylinder, step down frame.

Sure looks like it to me.
The Baby Dragoon didn't have the loading lever.
