114432 a friend of mine that works for a logging company gave me a bag of what he said was chipper blade Babbitt .
Does anyone know what the makeup is . i did a brittle hardness test and it was above the pencil chart at about 26 to 28 or above 2h but below 4h . has a dull sound when hit like lead wheel weights andcuts with a side cutter like a hard cast bullet

Put in the pot and see how it melts. You may have found the tin/antimony pot of gold.
