Did a video describing the techniques I use to do my gallery loads. I would have profiled Bullseye but I ran out and you guys know the story...

So I used what I had on hand, the RexII is a great Universal Clays substitute, IMHO, and have never had any problems with pressures or ringed barrels. I really like the 1 grain of RexII with the 65 round pellet. I never chronoed the load but since I can see it flying through the air I'll have to say around 4-500 fps.

Sizing the .380 balls down to .308 was interesting to say the least, I really need a .32 mold.

I ended up loading around 50 and me and the 9 yo finished them off too fast.

heres how I load them

and the test rounds

questions, comments, suggestions are appreciated.

If you get a mould get the TL 314-90-SWC, cast 'em relatively soft, TL lube 'em, let 'em dry and push base 1st through a .311 Lee sizer for use in the 30-30. Load 'em over 2.7 gr of Bullseye w/o and filler or wad for 800 - 900 fps. You will get excellent accuracy, much better than any RB will give you, no recoil and little noise. Don't let the wife and kids shoot 'em 'cause all you'll be doing is casting and loading......they'll be doin the shootin........

I've downsized .375 round balls to make bullets for .32 S&W BP loads for an old Iver Johnson.
I just drilled a proper sized hole in a thick steel slab then polished the inside bright and taped the opening. I would place the slab on a piece of 4X4 with a deep hole drilled in it , sometimes I used an aluminum slab with a large hole, place the ball over the hole in the steel slab and whack it a few times with a rawhide mallet. The resulting bullets looked about the same as yours.

Larry's load is a winner! Have shot the little 314 lee in 30-30, 308,06, 303, 7.62x54, and 7.5x55 Swiss. Fun and accurate little projectiles. Would make fine rabbit loads if that is your thing.
