I particularly liked the ramp up to speed you have programed into the controller. My Bridgeport runs off an AC Tech controller which converts Single phase 220 to 220v 3 phase square wave DC.
It controls motor speed by altering the Frequency. it will go from 0 to 72Hz. I ramp the motor start from 0 to 60HZ in one second. It makes for very smooth operation and also makes it so the machine doesn't snap off taps when power tapping.

It's not for me. My brass sorter is on load to my friend that owns theshooterssource.com so all of my brass comes in 5 gallon buckets already sorted and clean.
That one is for a reloading business, it is the 1st of 3 I am building for them and yes they have tons of brass (shy of 15 tons in this batch)

The liquid will actuall be in the large tank so the drums will only be wet when set inside and self drain when removed.
