I've got about 150 lbs of plumbers scrap that I cast into two garden tractor wheel weights, as well as a complete slug of lino, like 35 lbs, and my existing batch of lyman ingots will cast enough 405 gr 45-70 paper patch to keep my chiropractor busy working on my right shoulder. Technically I don't have enough posts to sell, but if anybody near Ulster County NY wants it, PM me. Scrap dealer will pay $.30/lb, but I'd like it to go to a good home....well into geezerhood, now....sorry about the weasel post....

I hope you realise that even scrap lead is bringing near or above $1.00 a lb. Your soft lead is at $1.00+ per lb. right now. Lino in the ingot is going at or above $1.50+ per lb. I`m not telling you where to set your selling price, just a little advice where the market is right now. Good luck on your sale.Robert

"Weasel Post"! I love it. I just learned a new term in the world of cast boolits and hand loading. Hope I can remember it next time I want to use it.

I believe your join date of 2012 qualifies you to sell here regardless of post count.

Thanks for the price update! I just retired from reviewing construction documents and finding lots of Weasel Wording in the fine print. Almost forgot I used to visit here--old computer died--hate the new Windows 8.
PS: If I go to the for sale forum, I get a you may not post a new thread notice.

Well, I was hoping to get something like $.40/lb, but I'll put some more posts on. Hopefully more educational than this.
