Fairbanks Lathe antique available

My cousin passed away, and left his old Fairbanks Lathe in his garage, the family is looking for a good home for this item.
It is flat belt driven, and operational. I don't know the price.
I do know it is coming available.
I think it is Fairbanks before Fairbanks was Fairbanks/Morse.
Does anyone know of an interested party for this?
