How long does it take a Lee Pro 4 20# to cool off and lead hard enough to store after use?

Not sure about that pot specifically, and to be honest I don't know that I've ever timed one, but probably somewhere about an hour or so is a good guess.

It all depends on the amount of lead left in the pot, and where it's being stored. If there is little lead and the pot is stored in a place where no combustibles are close, it'll be cool enough when you can safely handle it. Other wise not until its cold, as in overnight.

I leave mine out side on my Workmate over night, so I have never worried about it. I fill mine B4 shutting off.....always.

I have checked mine (full) after an hour and the lead was hard but waaaaaaay too hot to touch the sides.
