"Waitin on the tax man."

From what I see and read about the screw-up on the 2007 tax forms (mine, usually here by Jan. 3 or so, hasn't come yet) vs. the last minute changes the Congress fed the IRS, it may be a l o n g wait. On the other hand, maybe the proposed $300 (or whatever) emergency rebate may trickle down to our level; if you can muster up enough dependents, maybe you can buy your FA with that.

Oh, trust me, I know. (wife works for HRB)

I bought a used Freedom 1997 in 357 and I love it. I have been looking for a good used 45 Colt for awhile and now and here is a good combination. But before I found that, I have a bid working for a 625-8 currently.

Almost hope I get bid out of it now.

What barrel length? I have a 4.25 45colt and really like it.
It is a handful with fullhouse H110 loads cause it's hard to fit two hands on the little grips.
The 97 is the best "packing Pistol" I've ever owned and it is very accurate.

I have a 97 in 45 Colt with a 5 1/2" barrel and an extra cylinder in 45 ACP. Best gun money I ever spent.
