How do you lighten the trigger pull on a Rem RB 1902 model 7x57 rifle? Does that little wire spring kit really help?

The spring works great. Easy to change out.

as cheap as the spring is and the ease of roller disassembly ... why not just give it a try ... don't file or stone your sear engagement till you try the spring ... don't ask why i say this ... [smilie=b:

I will give it a try once I get the little carbine working. I tried the Lyman 160 gr silhouette bullet over 20gr IMR4227 and every shot key holed?

All I do is get a small pull type spring with a long enough straight peice and make a loop in one end for the screw ( if there isn't already one there ) and cut it to length to replace the original spring. you may have to experiment with different gage spring wire till it feels right. save your original spring.

That sounds like a good idea.
