Anyone using this boolit in .44 special and magnum? I really like the looks of it. The NOE sight says it it for 44/40 but it looks like it would cast large enough for .44 magnum. I am thinking of lead savings. 200 grains vs. 250 grains means every 5th boolit is free.

Is that the one with the really big lube groove?

I haven't got very good accuracy with it in the Special or the 44-40. I don't think there is enough bearing surface. I get very good results with RCBS 200gr, it leads my bore being as it only drops .429 at best. I'd really like to see Al give us that RCBS at a .431 with a soft alloy.
