I was not real sure where this thread should land but it involves PC and a bullet designed around it.
The concept started because I wanted a mid-weight 9mm made specifically for PC.
I contacted Tom at Accurate Molds on a Saturday evening and told him what I was looking for. He had a design that was close to what I wanted, it just needed to have the lube grooves removed/ not added.
I sent the money, and Tom had started on it Sunday and had it in the mail Monday..... ZOOM
When I got home I was floored that it got to me by Wednesday.
Kid with a new toy ... Had to play
112164112165 about 120 or so.. Mold worked like a champ. It is an aluminum 5 cavity and it liked to run a bit cooler than my other molds. I probably only tossed back 10 or 12 that were defective.
I ordered the dia. to be .357 as cast I got about .358/.3575

Oh Snap

I wound up with about 120 total
I had an hour til the range closed so off I blasted. I had a total of 17 minutes to get off my 100 rounds before they closed.
left targets are the M&P PRO. Right targets the Beretta.
I was cranking them out as fast as I could go so I didn't have time to do a true accuracy test. All in all not bad for 10 yds and being under the gun so to speak.

Nice - awaiting your accuracy tests - looks like feeding went well - want's your Length over all on that load?

Overall length is 1.124
I shot a total of 100 rounds all fed and fired without issue.
I hope to make it back to the range next week for some more testing. I wish I had a place where I could just step out back and test a new load....
