Anyone have one??

Gentlemen, I just don't see like I used to. Every now and then, usually after eye strain, I one again think of this.
The rifle is a M1903. They say these mounts are solid and do not alter the rifle. There is a guy on YouTube with one who is shooting gongs at 1000 yards.

How do they mount?? I can't really tell by the picture. They have two models. The 1465 and 1470. I thought they might utilize the cut-off lever, but there is nothing on them that looks like it uses the cut-off. Info from users, both Pro and Con would help.

Here are the instructions for the mount. It uses a split ring that clamps on the barrel.

Thank you!!

I found several sights for these. Including SK. Guess I missed the installation instructions.
