I have sent them an Email about 6 days ago and have sent another one 2 days ago.

How can I reach them?

Coincidentally, I reached them --via phone--an hour or two ago. Chatted about .50 conversion.

Phone call is best. Your going to have to stay up late or get up real early do to the time zone difference.

Pooh!
I did it and noticed, that I should practice more in English (what is difficult, because there are no English speaking people around here, since the Canadian Air Force gave up Lahr).
My writing seems to be waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy better than my talking, so.

Well,
Mary had a very deep voice, maybe it was a Mario?
She-he answered with "Magma", so I´m not sure....
NO!
I´m just joking, it was definetely a man.

First time I ordered something with my credit card over the phone, a little bit frightening, that anyone who knows your numbers can order anything on your costs.
Not the common way to buy things over here, btw..

Thanks again and cheers with beers!

Get a PhD in engineering apply for job at said company. Get hired take over said company. Then get on your cell walk down to the call floor and call in. Yell at them for not answering the phone. Fire everyone

Hire new employees train them correctly.
Now call back and find out what happens to your order.

Quit.

Dang!!!

What a great idea!

What the heck, you should have told me before, now it´s too late, I´ve set my order.
:-(

On the other hand, nobody would hire me.
I´m a to smart, clever, good looking, intelligent, honest, rich idiot.

Careful, you never know who's listening. Pretty sure it's "Mary" that has a deep voice, and owns the place.

The first time I spoke to Mary, she sounded fine. The last time I spoke to Mary, her voice was very trembly. Now if a man answered the phone, I hope Mary is OK.

Why pay a handling fee when you can visit in person?

Unbelievably nice folk. To Arizona, Dillon is good, Magma is great. I couldn't find a coupler with 1/8 quick connect so I took off work early to visit. I wasn't expecting a tour but "Eric" walked me through stations while talking shop. Very cool to shoot the breeze with the tech's while going through the stations.

Got the impression that Eric is the other half(see above thread) Felt stupid to drive close to 90 miles for a $2 part so I bought the 50 conversion for the sizer and feeder. He actually was also rather agreeable when it came to the bill.

One interesting note: he asked if I was that guy sending e-mails.

LOL!
Nice story, the right answer would have been "Hmmmmmno!"

But, to be honest, I think I would have to take off work veeeeeeeeeeeery early to do so.
