OK, here is the deal. I was out of town this weekend for a wedding, 1200 miles round trip!:shock::shock:

As I pull into the drive, I notice some movement in the window. I slip in the house, real quiet like, and spot somebody near my workbench! I holler at him and he bails out the back door like nobodies business! I didn't get a good look at him, but the tag on the truck said BrassMagnet!!

I had heard George sometimes visits those who need a little help, but I think BrassMagnet is really the guy!

What a guy he is, he left a nice Lee turret press, 30-06 dies, case trimmer, chamfer and primer pocket cleaner. He also left some extra bullets and a primer flip tray.

BrassMagnet is a real standup guy!! For now, I am going to go have a cup of joe and think about what a nice thing you have done for me. But.......one of these days, I will have some extra things and follow the great example I have been shown!!

Uh Oh!
I'm going to have a hard time claiming innocence this time. I actually was in Kansas. Southeastern Kansas, not Kansas City, Kansas. I even have an alibi and my license plate doesn't say BrassMagnet. I was learning how to powder coat boolits.

Yepper, I might even be heading for the dark side. Nice red powder coated boolits. Douglaskid was teaching me how to powder coat boolits and setting me up with the stuff to powder coat boolits.

Maybe I should start up a poll to distract everyone. I mean to find out what everyone really thinks.

Will BrassMagnet live a longer and happier life if BrassMagnet powder coats boolits with red powder coating powder in Mrs Brass' nice and fancy convection oven or in the George Foreman Roaster Toaster oven taking up space in the garage?
Will red powder coating powder in Mrs Brass' fancy convection lead to a red puddle somewhere or just a very expensive trip to the appliance store for Mrs Brass to pick out a fancier oven. Is there even a fancier oven to distract Mrs Brass so BrassMagnet can run away? Is George attracted to the George Foreman roaster oven? Is that why BrassMagnet is short a press or two? How many of our members have a George Foreman roaster toaster oven and a problem with visits from George?

I could have sworn that I saw him near Springfield Illinois and again in Perkin Illinois. Im starting to think that he gets around.

I better call my wife and make sure everything is locked up at home It might be a few more weeks before I make it home.

Maybe he was just referring to copper color coated boolits?

Well George has helpers and I got some more goodies today! I believe prsman23 is the guilty party this time! Here is what showed up today.

I also had a chance to take the Lee turret press to work and clean it up a bit. It was really gummed up and would not move very smoothly. Took it all apart, degreased everything, polished the shaft up with some 800 grit sandpaper and used some 5w20w mobile one to lube everything. Smooth as a babies bottom now! Here is some more pics.

First is before.

this George sounds like a good guy. I'd like to meet him sometime. not that I need anything except maybe a time machine, just to meet him.
