What has happened to Veral Smith? Havn't heard anything about LBT molds in quite a while. Have one of his molds & it works well but he never posts about his molds.

He's very much in the mold cutting business. Just had him cut me a new one based on a pound cast chamber impression I made.
Mold is on it's way to me now. Should be here tomorrow or Monday. I just ordered it early last week. Traded several emails with Veral.
I've never used an LBT mold but he's been incredibly helpful and polite. On the phone and email.

Ive been fighting this rifle and decided to employ his help. Time will tell but I have high hopes for this one. If it shoots half as good as he guarantees I'm going to be quite pleased.

Veral is a stud and has done more in perfecting non-expanding boolits by virtue of an optimal meplat than any other person. Big meplats work real good. I think you will be well pleased Dean.

I agree, meplats work. Funny thing is, Veral just made me a spitzer for my .308! LOL!!!!!

Alright, let's see y'all beat this!

I mailed my order off on the 11th. He received it on the 14th. I JUST opened the box this morning and have already cast some dang good looking bullets with it.

Is Veral still making molds? Dang skippy he is!!

He is the only one that I know that is able to custom make 25 caliber molds for air rifles . And he does a good job of it .

Buy the way the mold does not look like this any longer . It has been casting out 1000 plus bullets a week for quite a while . Likes a slow pour with the venting on top . But it is better than any other 25 caliber mold I have used for complete base fill out . And I hope it never wears out . Marvin

Veral hangs out on Greybeard Outdoors mostly. He was running some group buys awhile back here though.

I have read quite a bit about his moulds at his site, and have yet to learn whether his moulds are made of aluminum, iron, brass, or other. It may be mentioned there, but darned if I was able to see it.

I sure like his soft blue lube!
