I've been researching threads about using cases for 30 cal bullets.
Duke, BT and others from FN cases. Someone has a good write up on 9mm, as well as a sequential case reduction picture. I have a large amount of 9's and 40's I am not going to reload or sell any time soon, but have not seen a write up on reducing 40's.
The thought has entered my mind to sell my Beretta and concentrate on the Delta. That being said before I jump into another caliber for swaging equipment I need to know what I need. This trail for the .458 had one to many bumps, so I want to be prepared for this one.
Thanks,
Bill

No reason why you can't reduce .40 S&W down to 30 just takes a few more expensive dies and press strokes.
I'm also looking at 32 auto, .380 auto for lighter bullets.
762X25, 38 super, .223 for heavyer. The heavy web in the .223 might thake some horsepower to reduce.

Thanks, kinda figured that, when I was trying to sort things out before with the military brass, B T said something about .02-.03 per draw is more that sufficient. The only thought I have is the .40 has more web than the 9 which may push the lead more forward in the casing.
Thanks
