looking at a Bergara barrel for my encore in 45-70 ... 24 inch long ... full contour.

does anyone know their twist rate?

Unless something has changed don't forget to get the screws to hold the forearm on. One might think they would include them since they are different. I got some from Mike Belm, but Midway might also have them.

it sure would be a spiffy 458 cal muzzleloader with the fast twist. that should put a paperpatch muzzleloaded boolit on the map i would bet. just whittle out the breech for the breech plug. great idea.
