I just get a Betty Crocker cake mix. I heat up the dutch oven and wipe it down with apple cider vinegar to take out the taste of whatever was in there before. Get it warm enough to make the cider sizel. I mix it just like it says on the box while the oven cools a pinch. I add extra oil to the bottom of the oven so when I pour the mix in the oil pushes up the sides. That keeps it from sticking too bad. After the mix is in the oven I put 16 briquettes on top and 6 on the bottom spread out not to cause hot spots on the bottom. Let cook for 10 minutes and take 10 off the top and let it cook for 20 more minutes or a total of 30 minutes.
After taking off the charcoal, Squirt some Caramel Ice Cream topping all over the top of the cake and spread a layer of marshmallow. You can do this a couple ways. You can put the heat back on the top and let the marshmallow melt in, then add another layer to the top and put just enough heat on it to melt it like I have above. Or if you don't want the mallow in the center too just let the heat melt the first layer and call it good. When it cools add more caramel to the top and serve with a spoon.

Complete set shown below, flinter assembled for example of one of rifles, others are underhammer percussions
