1 can black beans rinsed
1 can blackeyed peas rinsed
1 can corn drained
1 can diced italian tomatoes drained
green chilies small can
diced up green pepper
diced up red onion
1 tsp. diced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
squirt lime juice
cilantro to taste
diced up jalapeno to taste
1 bottle italian dressing
mix all ingredients in bowl and put in fridge overnight if you can wait that long.
great on tacos or with scoops or regular tortilla chips
