Opened up my email only to find a 20% off coupon from our very own Swede at NOE, hot dang I jumped right on that and ordered me a mold, the 360 180 WFN. And the best news is, since it was in stock (only 2 listed), I know it will be here before the end of the week! The only down side is the weather, 106-110 all week! I may not be in a casting mood again till September. I will be able to drool knowing I have another NOE in my stable and at 20% off.

Me too, saw this and went back to NOE site and noticed the 2 cavity 316299 i was watching was gone. They had 1 left guess you got it. So i had no choice but to get the 4 cavity 316299 . Including shipping cost me $79.00 Not bad.

The 360 180 WFN is a sweet boolit. I had the opposite problem when my mold arrived....... single digit temperatures.

I actually wanted to make it two new four cavity, but the ones I wanted were sold out. I bought a couple of plain based molds, one 30 and the other 35 rifle. I'm trying to see how fast I cans push a boolet before needing a gas check...althought I have spend enough in molds and testing that I could probably have bought a ton of gas checks.

Typically shipping from Swede is scary fast, but I didn't get my mold this week as I had hoped and my order is still 'pending.' I'm guessing maybe they took this week off. In any case I wait with bated breath for the new mold!

I got my 311414 today and in spite of 95 degrees in the garage, cast up 200 for 300 Blackout! Hope this works out, gonna load some with 1680 and some with H110.

I just ordered the .22 37gr GC gc 4 cavity and a 230 gr HP .45 ....the HP is due July 28 but it read to order now to get the 20% discount. I wonder if you can do that to any out of stock mold? Or does it have to have a due date? Not that it matters...I've shot my wad, so to speak, on these two.

We'll see how the .22 TCM handles lead....it is a wicked caliber. The little bottleneck case really performs. It makes the 5.7x28 look like a pea shooter. Shoots really pretty tight groups but is as my usual, I'll add a Briley spherical bushing to it.

Odd, I couldn't find a mould I needed. Seems whenever I go there for "research" I wind up with a new mould in a few weeks.;-)
If you're not on the NOE e-mail list-get on it. Newsletter this month was quite good. Ben wrote a very good artricle about a mould that will serve me well if I ever decide to cast boolits for my 30-06's.

I've weirdly gravitated toward oddball calibers. Maybe I was board. First the 300 GNR, an improved and shortened 30-30 rifle case that I had my ruger Blackhawk 30 carbine to. Then the .22 TCM. The 300 GNR shoots lead pretty good....we'll see about the .22 TCM.

I want one of these as well, but only plain base in stock. I ordered a 360318 RG2 instead. My first hollow point mold! The discount covered the shipping to Canada! Shame I have other stuff that I need money for or I would have ordered a few more molds! Damned holidays taking up my money!

I've ordered two that ought to be really cool for what I need. One is the large .45 HP 230 that will look great atop my 460 Rowland and the other is a tiny .225, 37gr GC that I'll see how it works on my 22 TCM 1911 automatic. Both are 4 cavity. I wish the 5 cavity .22 was in stock...there was only like $7 dollars difference between them.

The 45 isn't due to be in stock till the 28th. The .22 showed as in stock but has yet to ship. I guess they're all backed up with orders.

Treetop - Sounds like you scored a "Christmas in July" - I have just completed my June/July Christmas to me - I had been casually looking on and off for a Ruger Maximum for a year or so and won one, on GB a month or so ago. Had already accumulated a stash of brass and then stumbled upon this sale. That was a great offer that I took advantage of. In 2 weeks I went from never having an aluminum mold to having 4 Night Owl , 2 great used ones and 2 from the sale. I've been holding out for brass as I worry about being able to keep a fast enough pace but I'm ready to try now.

I wanted to drop a line here as well .. ordered two molds during the sale one was a 288-132 FN 4 cavity . .. did the break in. cast about 50 the first day.. cast some next day About 300 .. just started loading and for kicks I started weighing bullets. In the first 50 or so I weighed they all fell within 4 tenths of a grain.. udder precision cavity to cavity..
