You can neck up from 6.5x52 Carcano without a form die. I just buy it since it has an odd base size for most conversions, but you could make it from 6.5x54 MS or .220 Swift if need be. 7.35 is even on sale for 45.99: http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/3786?

Run 6.5 Carcano or 6.5 Mannlicher-Schoenauer through a FL 7.35 die, trim, and load.

You don't need that $165.00 die to make 7.35 carcano brass. It's very wasteful of components, but I fireformed mine. Using 6.5 carcano brass - you'll have to experiment with charge weight. I didn't write down the charge and it's been a while since I did this. I believe I started at 10 gr. Unique and worked up from there until they were coming out fully formed. LR primer, powder charge, 1/4 of 1 square of toilet paper, fill to very close to the mouth with cream of wheat, then press a block of parafin wax into mouth of case to form a plug to hold everything in place. Be careful when you fire them.
