Old Swagging Tool, I think??

This is stamped Lachmiller Eng Co
I believe it is a swagging tool. No sure what it does. Guessing that after you cut the lead wire this sizes it. But just a guess.
Any suggestion on what it is worth?

Looks like part of a shotgun die for use on a cartridge reloading press.

Priming tool for Lachmiller shotshell press. I have the complete press and dies for both 12 & 20 gauge.

No not for shot gun. Not for priming the pin end goes up into the hole of the large piece
