I asked a similar question about the NOE 432 142 SP a while back and got zero responses. I have since worked out a couple of loads. 7.2-7.5 grains of bullseye in a mag case shot really well, but required the sights to be adjusted a little in my super redhawk and my dad's super blackhawk. I also loaded them in special cases, but can't remember just how much bullseye. I think it was less than a grain difference. I believe hodgdon had some data on light cast boolits as did the new lyman cast book. The round ball and wc loads always like a little more powder to get any accuracy than I expect, especially with unique. You should still reduce for the lost airspace wadcutters take up, and work up. I also shot quite a few lee 200 grain .44 wadcutters with decent results.
