Could you please give some more info (pics?) of your hopper build.
Thanks Gord

I used a small MEC shot hopper, took down the threads. Used PVC to fashion a neck to fit in the
Ohaus body. Works great, much sturdier than original.

If I could ever figure out how to upload fotos I would. Sorry

I permanently glued baffles into the measure body, and the MEC bottle screws into those. One of them can be seen on the far right.

I liked your hopper idea. Like you, I need drop tubes. I have the originals but they are so old ('75) the friction fit no longer holds and I have to use masking tape when I want to use the measure.

Oh man. If pressman saw this he would beat you to within a inch of yer life.
The ARTCA approved way of dealing with unavailable replacement hopper is to turn a collar out of exotic wood.then use a readily available size of tubing.

John exaggerates a mite, but he sure do make purtty wood caps for those old measure that have lost their top.

Oldbro that is one of the better adaptions I have seen for the Ohaus. It is a good measure.

A Question making a drop tube. I have a Ohaus 7200. Get a small piece of .75 flexible clear plastic tube or hose gently heat 1 side, affix to bottom of measure. A hornady plastic or metal drop tube will screw into other end . Powder will completely drop into case . the tube should be no longer than 1-1'5 ".
I have also made longer tubes but not necessary
