The furnace that I got for my son seemed to lean quite a bit forward, so I took a look at the base. It appears that the screw holes were so bent that it may have been causing the problem.

Here's what we have now. I got a aluminum plate ordered up, drilled and tapped the rear hole, countersunk the holes for the tubes. I still think I have some sag. It must be up inside the furnace. I may try to shim the tubes between the aluminum an the tubes to see what happens.
