Exceptional Customer service thanks to Mr. Manson

I had an issue with a reamer going dull after 2 cylinders. I emailed Mr. Manson describing my issue and asked if it was possible to pay for a sharpening service. He told me to send it to him right away and he would have the tool corrected. Sure enough, the reamer arrived today! It took just over a week to resharpen and best of all it was free of charge! This is really hard to find these days. I greatly appreciate his assistance and manufacturing a high quality American made product.

I have done several cylinders with a Manson reamer kit (with pilots) with full satisfaction. They produce really great tools, IMO.
