8mm to 7.62 to .338

Do any of the 8mm surplus rifles that were rebarreled to 7.62 have enough wall at the muzzle to rebore to .338?

Looks like a great action for a .338 Federal with a lengthened neck.

I put a .338-06 Barrel on a Spanish 98 Mauser action, I have never tryed having one rebored midway years ago sold short chambered barrels for it for about $150.00

Many people who rebore barrels won't touch a military barrel.

You'll need to find someone that will do it before you get your hopes up.
